Rosena toured for three years around France (2001-2004) with a musical story entitled “Mélodie d’Irlande” comprising songs and stories aimed at 7-11 year olds as part of the Jeunesses Musicales de France programme. Her musical partners in this were Pascal Ségard, (mandolin, fiddle, whistle, flute), Michel Sikiotakis, (flute, whistle, banjo, uileann pipes), Gérard Champême, (harmonica) Michel Le Cam (fiddle) and Vincent Leutreau (fiddle) respectively. The story was largely inspired by songs she learned herself as a child and old Irish legends.
